Update 3/3: So in the last 2 weeks, thanks to @Bell and @Rogers, I've lost 4 days of work (phone calls, tech visits, NO FREAKING #INTERNET), most of my sanity, and all my self-respect. #FML As long as @Bell and @Rogers are the only choices, we're all screwed. @blogTO

Update, part 2/3: But just today, I discovered @Rogers won't let me out of my contract without a penalty, even though the @Bell rep assured me they'd take care of all that for me. (They didn't and won't.) So now, I have to go back to @Rogers. "Sorry, not sorry." #RogeredAgain
