Hi @RoyalMailHelp My parcel yesterday wasn’t delivered-got note through my door saying it is going back to depot (even though I asked for it to go to neighbour) BUT then got email saying it WAS delivered & the tracking no. is also saying delivered. How can I follow up pls? Thx!
