What will happen if undocumented New Yorkers are allowed to obtain driver's licenses?
We don't have to wonder.
Let's just look at states that have already done it.
NM had a 24% drop in uninsured drivers.
CT saw a 9% drop in hit-and-runs.
CA drivers saved $3.5 million.
