Surrey Council made the decision! Surrey Council & RCMP agreed to meet the conditions.The SG needs to abide by his Ministry report & work with Surrey in support of their decision.Waiting 3 more yrs for SPS to hire 550 more officers is an inadequate and ineffective strategy.

Surrey Police Board publicly stated SPS will continue to work and that they are waiting for direction from the Province, so why is Eby worried about the collapse of SPS creating a crisis? Your job is to direct them to work cohesively. They are actually asking you for direction !
