ALT On January 26, 2004 I wrote the enclosed letter to Tammy Wikoff I did not hear back from her not even an ack. The data I wrote up was horrible and alarming but the problem is that it was and it is true. I knew no one wanted to hear and confront this cycle but it had to be confronted. Then just two days ago I wrote her a second letter expression my appreciation because I believed that things were going to get resolved and standard tech was in. After speaking with my daughter and getting updated on the latest I am afraid that things here on the ground appear to be very squirrelly.
