J’ai 1,4M de patrimoine.
En 2009 :
1. Je voulais creer une boîte tech et la revendre pour avoir 1M
2. Je détestait l’immobilier
En 2026 :
1. J’essaie toujours d’avoir une boîte tech de 1M mais j’ai jamais dépassé 200k….
2. J’ai fait le gros de mon patrimoine sur les expertises judiciaires immobilières
3. Et le reste de mon patrimoine sur la bourse.
Le tout étant impossible sans mes revenus de freelance CTO à côté.
Conclusion :
Il faut se laisser porter par la curiosité. Et ne fermer aucune porte.
