Was meant to go with a friend to the Apocalyptica plays Metallica gig at the Royal Albert Hall tonight.
Covid’s floored me the past week & I don’t want to be a risk to anyone else. Another mate’s gone in my place.
They arrived and immediately got a free upgrade to sit in a box.

I think it was around the time I went to the US to watch wrestling.
Went to the (infamous) TNA Victory Road 2009 PPV 3 days of Impact TV tapings in Orlando, then the first DGUSA show at the (former) ECW Arena in Philly.

Victory Road was regarded as the worst PPV in 2009 😂 and the DGUSA show was called the best that year.
Not many people can say they were at both 😅

At the Impact tapings we saw AJ Styles v Matt Morgan three times, the British Invasion won the IWGP Tag Titles… but NJPW never agreed to it and therefore didn’t acknowledge it.
Also we saw Mick Foley hurl himself through a table in a segment with Kevin Nash.
Fun times!
