Maybe fix the issue rather then forcing a user of your lines jump through hoops just so my ISP can get my internet fixed. Stopped rejecting repair requests!!

As I've told them it's not a speed issue it's latency, it goes as high as 800.. your lines need your repair techs, nothing I can do if you keep rejecting repairs!!!

@MetCapLivingMgt when I was told old counter needed to be broken but not to worry, I'll get a new vanity. I expected a vanity not a pedestal sink with no counter and cabinet space!!! This is unacceptable!!
