What a night at the Presidential Ballroom at the Waldorf Astoria in DC! The Biden DOJ weaponized the federal government against a disabled combat veteran for volunteering at his own nonprofit. No salary. No personal gain. Just a veteran serving other veterans. The federal judge who sentenced me said from the bench: "He wasn't out there buying boats or taking fancy vacations or building a big mansion on the lake. He was doing all of this for a good purpose." Even the judge saw the truth. Last night Erin and I walked into the Weaponization Watch Strength of America Gala in Washington DC. Free. Faithful. And still standing. In that room were people who understand exactly what the weaponized DOJ does to American families. We are living proof. The mission never stopped. It never will. @WeaponizationWatch @cynthfromjersey @RobManess @douglassmackey @LAURO_LAW @realBlagojevich

I couldn’t agree more! @SecWar is the epitome of lead by example.
No one embodies the Warrior Ethos like @PeteHegseth. He has said it plainly: 'America's military is unmatched.' Recruiting records are being smashed — because servicemembers see a leader who trains alongside them and has risked his life in combat. @UFC at the White House isn't just a sporting event. It's a signal to young Americans: the most lethal fighting force in the world is hiring. And to the world: the United States is built different. Fighting has been in our DNA since the Founders took on the greatest military on earth. The last administration traded warfighting for ideology. Hegseth is fixing it. The decline is over. x.com/WhiteHouse/status/2065…

When I do media, I don’t always get to meet the host. I was fortunate enough to be on The @RobManess Show. Rob is now a friend, fellow Veteran ( Colonel ( R ) ), and an incredible advocate for those the government has selectively prosecuted.

VETERAN ACTION SUPPORTS THE TAKE CARE OF AMERICA'S VETERANS ACT Veteran Action endorses the Take Care of America's Veterans Act, comprehensive legislation introduced by Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee Chairman Jerry Moran and House Veterans' Affairs Committee Chairman Mike Bost. The legislation saves veteran lives and protects the rights they have earned. "We wholeheartedly support the Take Care of America's Veterans Act," said @MarkLucasUSA, Founder & President of Veteran Action. "This bill includes our top legislative priority: the Veterans' ACCESS Act, which expands health care access and holds the VA accountable." The Take Care of America's Veterans Act builds upon President Trump's historic veteran legislative accomplishments of his first term: the VA Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017 and the VA MISSION Act of 2018. The MISSION Act set up the policy and operational framework for veteran health care choice. The Take Care of America's Veterans Act mandates the full operational implementation of the MISSION Act. It betters the lives of the 9 million veterans who use the VA health care system, delivers real choice, and neutralizes the bureaucrats who have been denying veterans access to community care. The bill codifies access standards for VA health care: 20 days or a 30-minute drive time for primary and mental health care, and 28 days or a 60-minute drive time for specialty care. It requires the VA to notify veterans within five days of their eligibility for community care, preventing schedulers from canceling an appointment and restarting the clock on wait times. The bill also requires the VA to bring its systems into the 21st century, allowing veterans to make and track appointments, track referrals and medical claims, and appeal community care denials. A Veteran Action/Rasmussen Reports survey of 1,516 military likely voters shows veteran health care commands overwhelming bipartisan support. Ninety percent support giving veterans the choice to use VA health care benefits at providers outside the VA system. Seventy-five percent say they are more likely to support a congressional candidate who backs the Veterans' ACCESS Act — the centerpiece of this bill.

The fraud debate in California transcends individual races. It centers on whether laws engineered for maximum participation have inadvertently—or intentionally—undermined confidence. RIGGED - ARTICLE/PODCAST americaoutloud.news/rigged-c…

At sentencing the Judge told me directly: “You will always know, and I want you to hear this clearly, that you’ve done a very honorable thing by paying that debt and putting that behind you. You’re going to continue to do the exceptional work that you’ve done so far.” I never should’ve had a debt to pay, but it was a parting gift at the end of the Biden DOJ. Today my supervised release ends. The exceptional work continues. @cynthfromjersey @RobManess @weaponizewatch @tolmanbrett @douglassmackey

I had a great meeting today with Americans For Ibogaine CEO Bryan Hubbard about treating PTSD and TBI through psychedelics. AFI was recently at the Oval Office when @POTUS signed an executive order to accelerate research and access to psychedelics for our heroes.

The federal judge who sentenced me stated on the record: “You’re not a violent person; I’m not worried about that. I’m not worried about recidivism in this case. I don’t think this will ever happen again that you’ll be involved in criminal conduct going forward.” Yet I still carry a felony conviction. A disabled veteran. Serving my fellow Veterans. A federal crime.

After a 5-day federal trial, the judge who convicted me looked at a packed courtroom and said this from the bench: “The work you’ve done with Veteran’s Club, what I’ve read over and over in those letters, I think it’s all true. I think that’s who you are.” The federal judge who presided over my trial affirmed the truth of the 69 character letters submitted on my behalf. The system failed me. My prayer is that this administration continues fighting weaponization and stands with veterans who have dedicated their lives to serving this country during and after service. @cynthfromjersey @RobManess @weaponizewatch @MarkLucasUSA @EagleEdMartin @AliceMarieFree @tolmanbrett @DiamondandSilk @annvandersteel @GJComley @SusieWiles47

I totally understand the desire to be diplomatic, but one thing we’ve all learned is that Iran only understands one thing, war. So give it to them.

As someone who is currently navigating a case of weaponization from the Biden DOJ, I’m very thankful and encouraged to have a President who recognizes the injustice so many are suffering from. President Trump handled that ill intentioned interview with Kristen Welker with a great display of restraint and professionalism.

There’s some very important legislation that needs to be passed immediately. The Veterans ACCESS Act and the Veteran’s Bill of Rights will both be game changers for Veterans. I appreciate @MarkLucasUSA and the team for their hard work on this legislation.
Veterans delivered big in 2024 — but in 2026, VA reform could decide if we show up again. Two veterans died by suicide at the same VA hospital in San Antonio while seeking care. 94% of vets support the Veterans' Bill of Rights Act. 75% more likely to back candidates who pass the Veterans' ACCESS Act. Tell Congress: Prioritize VA reform now. Lives are on the line. foxnews.com/opinion/veterans…

One year ago today, I walked out of federal prison. Many believed then, and many believe now, that I never should have been there. But over the last year I’ve learned something important: Injustice can take away your freedom. It doesn’t have to take away your purpose. Since returning home, I’ve spent precious time with my family, continued advocating for veterans, spoken publicly about justice reform, and kept serving the community that has given me so much. Thank you to every person who stood beside me. One year later, I’m still standing, still fighting for justice, and serving the Lord. And the mission continues.

My capacity for service consistently outpaced my capacity for administrative and legal self-protection. My dedication to a cause much greater than me left me vulnerable. However, I am more driven to serve our heroes today than I’ve ever been.

Forty-one years ago a judge warned that a grand jury could indict a ham sandwich. We laughed. We turned it into a joke. We should have treated it as a warning that justice reform was needed.

If you oppose the Anti Weaponization Fund, you’re defending the very system that can one day be turned against you. Trust me I didn’t think it could happen to me either. Especially for saving the lives of America’s Veterans. Wake up.

I always come with receipts. During my trial, a VA executive testified that Louisville VA leadership wanted to bring me in because I was “good at building trust.” The goal was to improve veteran trust scores. I wasn’t paid. I volunteered because I believed it would help veterans. Years later, the same government indicted me over benefits I earned through military service. Read the testimony for yourself.
