Hey @Metrolinx @GOtransit you should updated Go Tracker to reflect no Lakeshore trains this weekend. Bought and activated weekend day pass and then was wondering why no trains showed on Go Tracker. Even on website the red notice didn't come up when I bought my pass... Not happy

Painful customer service experience with @Bell_Support today. Lack of basic knowledge of products/options meaning minutes of searching on their end for basic changes to account. Never been this bad before..

Even worse was given the wrong info for my options and found out later that the other plan would cost me $3.95 MORE a month and not reduce to $3.95 a month... Yikes wasted 35 mins

Jack White show was my first ever with Yondr pouches. Definitely made for better experience without phone screens everywhere. If only people would take a few shots/videos and keep their phones off more at other shows 😁 Great show and even got upgraded from lawns. #JackWhite
