Dead Bag Syndrome is an underrecognized cause of IOL subluxation. I often see this as a mobile IOL bouncing around in a pristinely clear capsular bag, or spontaneously blow-out the posterior capsule long after #cataract surgery. journals.lww.com/jcrs/Abstra…

Multifocal and EDOF IOLs deliver excellent uncorrected vision at a range of distances. However, they come with a trade-off of increased patient-reported symptoms and decreased contrast sensitivity. Preop counseling and patient selection are very important! aaojournal.org/article/S0161…

A new article in @ARVOtvst demonstrates 3D-#ultrasound #biomicroscopy provides informative 3D #imaging of tissues in the eye that are invisible to light to potentially provide physicians with improved diagnosis and treatment planning.
