@AmericanAir ruined my vacation. My 4 hour flight to orlando, took 8 hours. On the way back they cancelled, my flight the night before. I scrambled to book a later flight, and the next morning, 12 hours before departure, it was already delayed. 1.5 hours.

Missed my connection, and then had to rent a car to get home. Called @AmericanAir the next day to get customer support, requested a call back..., 12 "FREAKING" hours later they call me back and put me on hold for over an hour (and counting).

I want a refund for my missed connection, or I want my rental car paid for. @AmericanAir is the worst airline I have ever flown on, and that is saying something because I have been on @SpiritAirlines.
