As I go through my life and my heart gets broken inside of my safe places, I have learned to cling to these words that have become somewhat of a daily affirmation “Home is a feeling, not a place”... Not only do I say these words to myself, I sing these words in the song, Fade, off of #NashvilleCanyon part 2. I wrote Fade the day that the trajectory of my life changed forever in October of 2023. After all that I have chosen to pull myself through with as much strength, courage, confidence and compassion possible, I am able to free myself from the pain of disappointment every single time I am blessed to be able to take the stage. I am so very grateful for the feeling of home on the stage. Over the last 15yrs of not performing, I haven’t been able to fully express myself in ways that make the most sense for my life. Each and every single one of you that bless my heart by comin’ to MY HOME on the stage have become a major part of my journey through the pain and the joy. Y’all have resurrected my purpose and have accepted me as I am! There is just no greater achievement than to be able to be seen and experienced as myself. I’m so lucky to vulnerably sing and chat with all of you that come to these shows! Thank y’all for making me feel loved and valued! Singin' through "Your Apology" live is damn near the most vulnerable shared experience of my life. You can feel me healing in real time. It triggers bare and raw emotions that move my spirit into the light of acceptance in front of everyone examining me. There is so much power in being able to cry out my journal entries to a melody on stage. It holds me accountable to forgive myself and to forgive others.

It took an incredible village (and six hours in prosthetics!) to bring her to life for @hulu’s #All’sFair and wow… what a ride. A massive thank you to @ryanmurphyprod , @KimKardashian , @KrisJenner , and @shinybootz for trusting me with a role like this. You allowed me to disappear into a character with real depth and emotion. No one has ever given me the chance to do something like this before, and I loved it. I hope you all see Lee-Ann’s heart- and her strength- as much as I felt it. 🔥💋

8 years ago today I made the choice to confront, to confess and to let go of the self sabotaging parts of my life that I was choosing. Making that decision allowed me to fully live in the pursuit of Gods purpose for my life. Alcohol silenced my intuition, blocked my dreams and chased my circulating fears of complacency. Today I am clear. Today I am driven by faith. Both fear and faith are something that we feel and may not see, I'm so happy I chose faith over fear. It was not in the fight that I found my strength, it was in the surrender.
