Urrrghhh this still isn’t sorted just rang waiting to get through to the installation team for an HOUR and it just cut off and I didn’t even speak to anyone !!!

@easyJet I was emailed to say you are processing the refund back to the original method of payment. It said it would be in in 10-15 days and that was 3 weeks ago. Surely this should be sorted by now if you processed it?
