Ran our win streak to 3 as we won 10-5 at agwsr. Larson picked up the win going 4 inn and striking out 6 with no ER. Wymore with the save going 3 inn with 0 ER and 5 ks. We pounded out 11 hits with Parrow, Sabers, and Cole each having 2 a piece. Excited to play at home tomorrow!

West Virginia’s Brodie Kresser is from Jesup, Iowa, a town just four hours away from Omaha. He started his collegiate career at Des Moines Area Community College.
Today, he played in West Virginia’s first MCWS game in program history, and his friends, family, and former teammates made the trip to be in attendance.

Finished the week with a win at SF. Sabers got the win going 5 in allowing 2 er and striking out 5. Kade Ries struck out 6 in 2 in of relief Masteller lead us at the plate going 3-4 with a double and HR. 8 guys had hits tonight with Masteller, Berg, and Sabers adding 2 rbi each.

Parker Masteller was the star of the night as he picked up the win on the mound and was 3-3 at the plate in our 9-4 win over Union. Berg had 2 hits and 2 RBI and Wymore had 2 rbi as well.

Traveled to highly ranked Cascade and lost 7-3. Berg limited them to two his over 5 innings of work. Kade Ries had 3 hits and Krew Ries had 2. Masteller and Parrow had a hit a piece. Guys continue to compete.

Made the long trip to MFL and came out with a 20-2 win. We scored 15 runs in the 2nd and 5 in the third. Larson and Masteller combined to strike out 7 and didn’t allow an earned run. Parrow lead us at the plate going 3-3 w 4 rbis. Berg and Sabers both picked up 2 hits each.

Competed all night long but ultimately lost to an undefeated New Hampton team 10-4. Larson and Masteller had 2 hits a piece and Parrow had an rbi double. Berg struck out 6 in 2.1 innings on the mound.

Battled a highly ranked Grundy Center team all night but lost 3-2 in our home opener. Sabers, Wymore, and Kade Ries combined for 12 ks and only allow 2 hits on the mound. Larson, Masteller, Parrow, and Berg each had a hit with Parrow hitting a double and Berg adding a sac fly.

Dropped our opener at Starmont 2-1. Sabers and Kade Ries were both solid on the mound only giving up 3 hits and striking out 10. Masteller lead us at the plate with 2 doubles while Berg and Sabers each had a hit and Cole picked up an RBI on a sac fly.
