Hilarious to watch people like the IndyStar columnist Michael Hicks share this obvious libel by Gabe Whitley - a guy who was recently released from federal prison for fraud and also just lost a defamation suit. For the record, I’ve never done or participated in any form of online betting in my life. Betting on an election is degenerate behavior and should be banned. I try not to swat at flies on here, but I’m happy to take this to court
BREAKING: @HoosierEnquirer has filed a formal complaint with Kalshi alleging insider trading and market manipulation in the Indiana Republican Secretary of State nomination market. We have reason to believe Max Engling campaign treasurer/chairman @AndrewIrelandIN (State Rep.), U.S. Senator @Jim_Banks staffers, and affiliates of pouring money into bets to artificially boost Engling’s odds and pressure GOP convention delegates against incumbent Diego Morales. Market integrity matters. The commission will investigate if they are committing insider trading. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. #IndianaPolitics #INgop #Kalshi #AndrewIreland #JimBanks #IndianaSOS

The Secure America Act fully funds law enforcement, puts an end to Democrats holding our national security hostage, and keeps Hoosiers safe. We’re not reopening the door to Biden’s border crisis.

If we want to prevent more young Hoosier lives from being taken too soon, we need to enforce the law, back our police, and make sure violent offenders stay in prison where they belong.

No Tax on Overtime puts money back into the pockets of hardworking Hoosiers. That means law enforcement officers keep more of what they’ve earned for the long hours they put in protecting our communities. Democrats should be ashamed for voting against it.
In @realDonaldTrump’s America, hard work is rewarded. 💪💰🇺🇸

We don't trust kids to drive a car, buy a beer, or cast a ballot. So why are some adults pushing life-altering conversations about sex and gender on middle schoolers? End the indoctrination!

Wow. One of Beau Bayh's biggest boosters is now saying the quiet part out loud. Indiana Democrats want to institute California-style mass voting by mail and to send out millions of ballots to people who didn't request them. One more reason to vote for Max Engling
Mail in voting? All registered voters get a ballot? Count me in!

I really dislike all the attacks on my Mormon friends on here. Mormons are some of the most Christlike people you will ever meet. They operate in charity and self sacrifice. And you know what? They put family at the core of their lives. They love children and view them as blessings from God. I know a lot of Christians who have terrible views on children and family. America has a lot of problems and I think the last possible problem is the Mormon community. I obviously disagree with their theology or else I would be Mormon. But give me a break about heresy and doctrine when there are over 40,000 different interpretations of Christianity since the Protestant reformation.

MUST HEAR: U.S. Senator Jim Banks warns Hoosiers are refusing to go to Indy for Sports, Conventions, and Business due to Unchecked Violence as the result of Soft on Crime Prosecutor Ryan Mears #HearItHere #WakeUpIndiana👇
Soft-on-crime policies are putting Hoosier lives at risk. Our brave police officers are doing their jobs, but Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears refuses to prosecute violent criminals. Hoosiers deserve leaders who prioritize public safety!

If you’re a Republican delegate, take two minutes to watch this. @AndrewIrelandIN nails the reasons I’ll be voting for @MaxForIndiana
Three reasons to back Max Engling for Indiana Secretary of State. ✅ He’ll lead the fight to close Indiana’s primaries and shut down chameleon carriers. ✅ He’s endorsed by the Avengers of Indiana conservatives including myself, Todd Rokita, Jim Banks, and Daniel Elliott. ✅ He’s the best candidate to crush the Democrats in November

Well said, @Jim_Banks "And the rest of Indiana is punished for Marion County’s refusal to act. Ryan Mears is a prosecutor gone rogue. He refuses to keep violent criminals behind bars and is an absolute failure of a prosecutor.... If we keep making excuses for why we can’t enforce the law and keep violent criminals in prison, we will never have safe neighborhoods and communities—and innocent people like Brett will continue pay the price."
Senator Banks Remembers Brett Scrogham on Senate Floor WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Senator Jim Banks (R-Ind.) delivered remarks on the Senate floor about the senseless murder of 23-year-old Brett Scrogham and the urgent need for Indianapolis to end soft on crime policies that have enabled violent crime.
“Madam President, 23-year-old Brett Scrogham of Greenwood, Indiana had a bright future ahead of him. After graduating as a top 100 student from the IU Kelley School of Business, Brett had plans to invest in housing properties and help his community grow and prosper. As a young child, Brett helped a neighbor rescue her dogs from a terrible house fire. Friends of his referred to him as “a God-fearing Christian man,” who was always willing to help people. Though I never had the chance to meet him, it’s clear to me that Brett was really an incredible person. And now I’ll never get the chance to meet this bright young man. Tragically, Brett was murdered in cold blood this weekend on his way to an Indians game with his family. The killing took place in a parking garage next to the biggest church in Indianapolis. College students and young families park there every week. I am heartbroken by this senseless act of violence. Brett’s family are in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope that the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department will arrest the murderer soon, who is still at large. The Mayor of Indianapolis put out a weak statement that didn’t even mention Brett’s name, and so I wanted to come down to the floor and talk about who he was and what’s happening in Indianapolis. Brett’s murder is the second murder in downtown Indianapolis in less than a week. Just before the Indy500, Gregory Anderson, a father of five children, was murdered in the downtown bar district in Indianapolis. And then last Sunday, a 16-year-old teenager was murdered in the Northwest Side of Indy. Mr. President, these murders have no place in Indiana, especially in our capitol city. Indianapolis is truly a great city, and it has so much going for it. Indy is home to incredible businesses, world-class sporting events like the Indy500 which took place last week, and so much more. But what’s been happening in Indianapolis is an epidemic. Soft on crime policies are ruining this great city. How much longer will we allow this to go on? The reason Indianapolis is plagued by violent crime is because Marion County lets it happen. Marion County prosecutor Ryan Mears refuses to prosecute violent criminals. For example, one man in Indiana has faced over 30 criminal charges, most of them felony charges in Marion County, since 2020. This man should be locked up forever. But he’s not, thanks to Ryan Mears, liberal judges, and all of their soft-on-crime polices. And the rest of Indiana is punished for Marion County’s refusal to act. Ryan Mears is a prosecutor gone rogue. He refuses to keep violent criminals behind bars and is an absolute failure of a prosecutor. And it’s not only the prosecutor that refuses to enforce the law. State Sen. Andrea Hunley, also a Democrat, recently said with regards to crime in Indianapolis that “We are not going to ever enforce our way out of the problem.” That is not only a lie; it’s also an excuse. If we keep making excuses for why we can’t enforce the law and keep violent criminals in prison, we will never have safe neighborhoods and communities—and innocent people like Brett will continue pay the price. Everyone wants to talk about fairness, dignity and legal protections for criminal defendants. But what about Brett? Where was his fairness? Why do we talk about the dignity of criminals and never the dignity of their victims? We know how to keep our cities safe: we need to put large amounts of police officers on patrol, let them do their job, and ensure that criminals remain in prison. But the opposite keeps happening. @93wibc

Ryan Mears puts criminals ahead of law-abiding citizens and law enforcement, putting all of central Indiana at risk. Thankfully, we have leaders like Carmel Mayor @SueFinkam who are tough on crime and proudly back the blue.
If I told you that one man since 2020 has faced over 30 criminal cases in Indiana, including most being felony charges in Marion County for theft, resisting law enforcement, drug offenses, residential entry, auto theft, and criminal trespass, would you expect him to be in jail? Me too. Recently, he allegedly committed a violent crime against Carmel residents, injured a victim and terrorized a family. Unacceptable. Let me ask what many residents are likely thinking: How does this happen?! Carmel and other donut county residents pay the price when repeat offenders in Marion County cycle through the system without accountability. Our residents deserve to be safe. And police officers, who repeatedly do their jobs and put themselves in harm’s way, deserve a system that works alongside them. We’ve invested in more personnel, technology and partnerships to keep Carmel safe. Enough is enough. This cannot be our new normal. It’s time Marion County does their part and holds criminals accountable.

Red states like Indiana follow the law. Blue sanctuary cities harbor criminal illegal aliens and defy it. The Trump admin is right to crack down on lawless sanctuary cities!
