This is what 11 years of Liberal government looks like.
A Canadian mom goes to the grocery store, buys 200 grams of turkey โ barely enough for three sandwiches โ and it costs her almost $13.
Thatโs not inflation. Thatโs policy.
The governmentโs big solution? Hand out grocery rebates like itโs some kind of win.
She said it perfectly:
โI donโt want a grocery rebate. I want groceries people can actually afford.โ
But hereโs the sick part โ because she and her husband work hard and make โtoo much money,โ they donโt even qualify for the rebate. They still pay the sky-high prices. They still get crushed. And theyโre raising three kids in this mess.
Any country that has to give its own citizens rebates just to afford basic food has already failed them.
This isnโt compassion. This is the government admitting they broke the economy, then offering you a tiny band-aid while they keep making it worse.
She said it best at the end:
โI donโt even wanna live in the country that gives grocery rebatesโฆ let me out of this damn country. Canada is not for my family.โ
How many more Canadians are quietly thinking the exact same thing?

Congressman Jamie Raskin has been ordered to repay the federal government $304,000 he took from the illegal student loan debt relief program for his daughter's tuition to Stanford.
"Mr. Raskin knew the program would be shot down," wrote 14th District Judge Joseph A Barron, "so he pushed his application through using his position."
Raskin's defense was that the program was perfectly legal when he took the money.
"That defense is summarily rejected."
The judge also noted that the Raskins are worth more than $14 million and shouldn't have qualified in the first place.
"There's grounds for a criminal case here if ever this court saw one."
