CPT and OPT are programs that let foreign students work for US employer — CPT while they’re still in school and OPT after they graduate. Together, these programs allow companies to hire foreign student workers for U.S. jobs without going through the normal H1B work-visa process.

With just 8 employers listed as willful H-1B violators in a program heavily dominated by low-trust Indians, it’s clear that @USDOL is failing to do its job. The only real solution now is to scrap the program entirely.
