The biggest wall was the netcode - I didn't write a single line. It worked from day 1, but was super naive. Over time LLMs have gotten more noticeably more strategic about isolating issues into testable chunks, even from vague.
Just published a blog post that tries to summarize all the MVP building advice I have accumulated into one place.
Most of it is targeted at not technical founders, but technical founders might find some of the workflow stuff interesting.
