For a kid like @coopmoseley2028 who hasn’t pitched in 2.5 years after an epicondyle fracture at 12 from throwing a dodgeball and again at 14 from overuse playing football and baseball at just 118 lbs, the ceiling is crazy high. He’s now 6’2 160lbs and has always been the undersized kid who had to work his tail off just to compete with his peers. Nothing has come easy for him. He’s had to fight through injuries, setbacks, and being behind physically, and he never complained once. Since August he’s put on 25 pounds. He’s in the weight room 3–4 days a week, consistently putting in the work, and fueling his body with 5,000 calories a day trying to become the athlete he knows he can be. If he’s sitting 95 mph off the mound with elite command and hitting balls 400 feet by his senior year, man he would be one of the greatest examples of what hard work, discipline, and consistency can really do. I’d be one proud dad. Maybe… just maybe he’ll like ⚾️ more than 🏈 🤣🤷‍♂️ Gotta give props to my guy @coopmoseley2028… nothing about your journey has been easy, I’m very proud of you!! 👊
