Savannah got out of jail and has been seen lurking in the Factoria Village shopping center multiple times since Saturday. She apparently caused a disturbance at the QFC before the knife incident near the T-Mobile retail store. We just want neighbors to be aware. She thinks people are trying to abduct her usually. She’s clearly unpredictable and has the capacity to cause harm.
