So I'm asked to DM BA. I give them a case reference number for my complaint and a mobile number. Someone rings me and says how can I help. He hadn't looked at the complaint. I have no been cut off from the DM @BritishAir_Apk9 @BritishAirwSUCK@britishairways Hopeless
Is anyone listening from @britishairways ? Two of my friends have received compensation for the same delay as I had yet I have had nothing. Might be time for the #financialonbudsman to get involved
