There was a moment during my burnout that I still remember vividly
I was sitting on my bed, staring at the wall (completely numb to the world). No energy clarity or direction, just a shell of who I used to be.
I had tried everything they told me. Labs, some random supplements, exercise and mindset work but I felt broken inside
I remember thinking:
“If this is how I feel at 30… what happens in 10 years?”
That sh*t scared the hell out of me. In that stillness, something rose up inside me.
A quiet promise:
"If I find my way out of this, I’m going to make sure no one else has to do it alone.
That’s when things shifted for me. I was guided toward natural medicine. I stopped trying to mask symptoms and started asking better questions:
Why is my system overloaded?
What does my body need to recover?
I rebuilt myself one layer at a time, not through hacks or quick fixes but by learning how the body actually heals. Now, every time I work with someone who feels lost in that same darkness, I remember that moment.
It's time to build a new standard for healing.
