Strongly recommend visiting this stunning and expansive exhibition from @nma in Perth, before it closes next Monday and tours overseas. A big credit to all involved.
It's the last week of Songlines: Tracking the Seven Sisters ✨ See it before it leaves for an international tour on 26 April!

Very saddened to learn of Eric Lumsden’s passing. Was a pleasure to work with him as D-G of DoP/Chair WAPC for 7 1/2 yrs and receive his advice in making WA’s planning system responsive to community and future needs. Sincere condolences to Gretchen and family.

Vale & condolences to the family of Ray Owen, one of the strong advocates for water fluoridation in WA in 1960s, to reduce dental decay and improve oral health. Pic taken at Parl House in 2016 to mark 50th anniversary. Coincidentally also my first dentist. @AUS_Dental

Interesting to see #Eucla Telegraph Station ruins a few days ago and compare with first visit in Dec 1960 as a young child. A significant aspect of WA’s and Australia’s history, in linking east & west coasts telegraphically for first time in 1877. @StateHeritage

I wonder if we could do more to preserve such heritage - not easy of course, given remoteness, and sand drift.
