Whatever you do, do NOT go with @Verizon...my GOD what a 🤡 show. I signed up in December, and everything they've touched since has been a disaster. If I have one more account manager promise to "look into it" and then never call me back my head is going to explode.

.@Verizon promised to pay off my last AT&T bill. Spoiler alert: they did NOT pay off my last AT & T bill. They told me that my dad's old account was closed. Spoiler alert: my dad's old account was NOT closed & I got a bill for $112. I've spent most of today on hold.
