Only 2 years ago, after 2 years of public consultation, Council approved (I supported) infill guidelines w a 28 foot height limit (35 feet in newer areas) for new builds up to 4 units. New federal scheme allows “4 stories” (feet ??m),in about 80% of city, no public consultation.
