I liked Trump, rooted for Trump, he is a true one off. President Trump has done more than any other US President on Iran and that is a fact. Gratitude is important of course. But if this ends with a deal that leaves the Islamic Republic standing after all this, and after the horrendous massacre that took place, it will be a historic failure on his watch. I don’t do blind deference with a “God complex”. I call it and say it as I see it. I have no illusions of grandeur. Millions of Iranians believed Trump would finish the job. I still hope he does, I still believe he will. Hope is the last thing to die.

It is absolutely right to hold President Trump accountable after all the promises made, and after the second biggest massacre since Rwanda on January 8th and 9th. No one is “God”, you can criticise. You can be negative, you can’t be 💯 postive all of the time. In the end the consequences are massive for Iran, for the west, for Israel, and for the civilised world.

It is a fact Trump has done more than other US president on the Islamic Republic. It is a fact that in the end it will be down to Iranians to overcome the regime. However the playing field has to even to do so. It is also a fact this has become a “shit show” of communications. Time will reveal where this ends up.
