O’Brien, who is committed to Northwestern has a high level game and is a fundamentally sound quarterback who also has a high football IQ. His decision making has improved each season. He is one of those rare players who can take over a game along with having the ability to quick strike on any offensive possession. O’Brien gave Northwestern a very early commitment and I feel he would have drawn a considerable amount of high D1 offers.
