Hewett, Herbert, Starce all looking great. Super impressive work around the ball from the Eags. Peel has converted some outrageous chances but Eags have had the better of the play.

Beagles was tough - score flattered. Got pumped by the Sharks. Couldn’t get our hands on it. CDT looked great (how is he not in the AFL?) but other than that was pretty average. Hewett was very proppy for the second half. Gross/Macrae disposal awful. Rodriguez looked quite solid.

This is gonna be a wild ride. Tas will get to pre-list the best 8 players out of each of the 2027 and 2028 draft pools and then also get 7 top 13 picks in 27 and another 3 top 9 picks in ‘28. Teams that need to rebuild are gonna be so cooked. Oh and they also get $5mil extra cap

Eagles selections are so baffling. Bo Allen not in again - would play better than Davis, Hutch, Cole and Duggan (as either wing or half back). No gross or Hewett either - despite playing only 3 mids, two of whom won’t be playing after next year. Sheer incompetence.

Eags just continue to reinvent how low a club can go. This could be the worst of it. But I know they can find more and go deeper. Well probs lose to Tigs by 10 goals next week and reinvent how shit a club can be.
