A lot of people think that you get this social thing from college automatically — i highly doubt that. That’s why I think our at @JoinFactor or communities like @buildergroop are so important. I wish you a great experience at college :)

5. Caleb Hicks @calebhicks is the cofounder of @bloomtech and is now building a program for teenagers called @JoinFactor. At Factor, kids spend 16 weeks doing internships to discover what they love and what they're good at - to start figuring out what they want to do as adults.

Very interesting edtech startup founded by Lambda School's co-founder: @JoinFactor Basically an orientation program for high-schoolers with mastermind sessions and micro-internships. Orientation is such a big topic in education. Crazy that no one addresses it seriously
