1. Keep personal overhead very low.
2. Prioritize learning how to be a great entrepreneur over maxing cashflow.
3. Recognize you have time and slow TF down.
4. Say yes to it all early to get exp & grow; say no to everything later to keep focus, once you know what you're about.
