BIG life news! ✨ Today we launch the most ambitious and mission driven research program I could dream of: @theflip_oxford From 2026, I’ll join the University of Oxford, Psychiatry as director of the Flourishing Intelligence Program (FLIP) and co-director of the Centre for Eudaimonia and Human Flourishing, Linacre College. This will become THE place for uncovering the hidden laws of symbiotic, flourishing intelligence— 1. human 2. AI 3. interface Because there’s no bright future for humanity unless we get all three right. More than ever, we need multi-scale, cross-substrate, wisdom-driven research that takes interdependence as fundamental: AKA a physics of flourishing. Over the coming years we'll be hiring postdocs, PhDs, and senior researchers, particularly in neuroscience, physics, AI, and contemplative science. So stay in touch!
