Answering a @taskmaster question from Reddit this time: "Seems a bit strange that 3 of the top 4 in objective tasks were all from the latest series. Were there just more objective tasks or were Fern and John that bad?" Interactive: tabsoft.co/3FEgQ2C

Points as a % of points awarded each series seems like a better metric than total points to pick out top performers. HOWEVER, it does seem like the S14 results were boosted by Fern coming incredibly low in the all time objective task performers.

Plus John earned a sneaky extra 5 objective points by sabotaging Fern and Dara in the team task to both boost his own results and damage Dara and Fern's.

Finally got my little presentation ready demonstrating the statement here of Dara being the top of Taskmaster! Was the effort to reward ratio worth it considering its essentially 4 tables? Let's not think about that. tabsoft.co/3UHieFH

I also need to caveat this with that there might be some differences between the exact values vs Jack's data in some cases due to objective/subjective task semantics and the such like. Normally barely noticeable until we engage in fisticuffs over Jon Richardson.

I also didn't make this clear in the tweet but you can find an interactive version here so you can play around re-sorting/scrolling the tables and using the live task filter on the 2nd table: tabsoft.co/3UHieFH

Whilst hunting for more Dara @taskmaster domination stats, I've stumbled across an interesting look at some of the best TM UK teams of all time! Total Pts & Wins: S14 Sarah & Munya Points Per Task: S13 The House Queens Win %: S9 Katy & Rose

I can see Richard Herring floating around in there on his own so I need to exclude CoC but luckily it hasn't effected the top teams.

On closer inspection, I don't actually have CoC data. It turns out there's a special edge case in S10 E8 Live task (staring competition) where they competed 1v1 as teams but were awarded points based on individual effort so Richard got 4 points whilst Daisy only got 2!

Hey @jackbern23 - how do you factor non-scoring tasks into your stats? e.g. Series 14, Ep 10, Task 2: "Order three things for your final task". Do they get excluded from points per task stats and similar task count reliant stats?

I believe I've answered my own question. I imagine tasks labelled "Unjudged" get excluded from stats right off the bat.
Hi @taskmasterinfo, how do you explain that the podcasts section of your site doesn't include the main TM podcast: The People's Podcast? This must be very upsetting for @jackbern23. On a side note, god I want access to your database.

Taskmaster: Prize Task Presentation Observations - tabsoft.co/3gJaB3O In #Taskmaster: The People's Podcast on November 11th 2022, @jackbern23 brought up some data collected by @musicaljacknife relating to whether order of presentation had an impact on the points awarded.

4.2) Furthermore, the lower your seat number the more evenly distributed your presentations are! In seat 1, the presentation frequencies for each of the 5 spots (1->5) are 30, 22, 26, 21, 24 compared to seat 5 which has a heavily skewed presentation pattern of 26, 19, 15, 19, 44.

This means if you're sat in seat 5 you present last 35.77% of the time on average, which is massively favourable for you!
