*ED says Let bygones be bygones* In November 2017, President ED Mnangagwa upon assuming the Presidency taught us to let bygones be bygones. He has led the way in forgiving, accommodating and even rewarding those who were against him becoming President. We know them because we clashed with them. We see them benefitting more than those of us who believED before it was fashionable. We see some opponents and critics of the President being appointed by the President to positions of big responsibilities with big benefits. Take for example Director in the Commissariat Cde Chebundo. Twice in 2000 and 2005 he contested against then Minister Mnangagwa in Kwekwe and he won. Big humiliation was inflicted on Cde ED Mnangagwa back then. Today Cde Chebundo is a director appointed by President EDM in the sprit of let bygones be bygones. Some former opposition members are now Ambassadors others Advisors. In POLAD we see those who contested against the President benefitting access to him, vehicles and other goodies. We see former Gamatox and G40 elements esconced in strategic places. That is the mature, wise, inclusive and accommodative leadership of President ED Mnangagwa that deserves not just commendation but also emulation. The car gift to Rutendo should be understood in that context. That said, it should be said unequivocally that when the President accommodates or rewards critics and opponents he is not encouraging us to rebel to be rewarded. Instead he is teaching us that leadership means being extra-ordinary. It means being able to let bygones be bygones and let peace, love, harmony and collaboration prevail. The great thing is that the President balances rewarding loyalists and critics. Looking at people who have benefitted from Dr Tungwarara, he is emulating the President’s approach which is beyond reproach!

Apart from let bygones be bygones, some more vital lessons from our wise leader President ED Mnangagwa is that matare ane mazera saka ziva choto chako.

Note: it does not mean attacking the President, First Family or VVIPs like Dr Tagwirei gets you rewarded. Its a case by case situation. So usacopa kurakasha President or mashefu uchiti you will get rewarded. Pamwe pacho unorakashwa zvekuti heki ukavunyana seshizha rabva pana mai varo.!😀😀😀 So if you have been loyal, stay the course. TrustED. Trust God’s time. *Ecclesiastes 9:11* I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all.

The President, The First Family and Dr Tagwirei do not deserve the hostile narratives that were coming from Rutendo Matinyararire. Someone had to intervene decisively and timely. The Presidential Special Advisor and Central Committee Member Dr Tungwarara intervened and the attacks have to stop forthwith. Note: it does not mean attacking the President, First Family or senior figures like Dr Tagwirei gets you rewarded. Its a case by case situation. So usacopa kurakasha President or mashefu uchiti you will get rewarded. Pamwe pacho unorakashwa zvekuti heki ukavunyana seshizha rabva pana mai varo!😀😀

Zvakwana brother Rutendo😀😀😀. Its time for internal engagement and dialogue!
Replying to @KMutisi
Well, I think the Doctor has made a very reasonable request: please, can we stop fighting in public and have a round table to discuss the grievances and issues that have led me not to support CAB3 and to lose confidence in the President? Clearly, I have not been supporting CAB3 because I have lost confidence in the leadership and its vision. As such, the Doctor says let’s sit down and discuss these issues, given that I was one of the biggest drivers of the national agenda. I have agreed to that. My issue with Kuda comes from the fact that when I aired my view that I did not support CAB3, he sent people to attack me by saying I was trying to extort him and that I was a CIA agent to try and discredit me. He knew well that we had agreements that were not met, but those were not the reasons for me not supporting CAB3. I did not refuse to support CAB3 because I wanted a car or money. I have no real vendetta against Kuda, except defending myself from attacks he sponsored.

Thank you Dr @paultungwarara for intervening to de-escalate and stop the relentless attacks against the President and Dr Tagwirei that were coming from @matinyarare . Your intervention follows the President’s engagement and dialogue approach to conflict resolution. Its refreshing to see a Presidential Advisor emulating the President. This noble intervention should not be mistaken to mean attacking the President gets you rewarded. In fact it means strategic intervention to defend and protect the good name of the President and prioritizing engagement and dialogue over brinkmanship. I hope @matinyarare ceases and desists forthwith from hostile utterances against the President or ED loyalists.
Because you have shown the right attitude, I hope you are going to de-escalate the attacks on the President and everyone else. You’ve demonstrated a right mental attitude and a real commitment to this country and President E.D. Mnangagwa. As a first condition for our upcoming roundtable meeting, I want you to come and collect your Toyota 300 series. Let me know when you are in Harare so we can arrange for you to pick up your car See you!

Why you should trustED on CAB3? Are you aware that ED Number 1 kulaw as well?😀 He is a lawyer who served as Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs(MJLP) for 16 years from 1987 to 2000 then when he was VP and MJLP from 2014 to 2017. Between 2000 and 2005 he served as the Speaker of Parliament a role which deals with legal issues through and through. As MJLP he steered and adMINISTERED so many Bills some which were big and fundamental such as the Land Acquisition Act, the 1st Amendment to the 2013 Constitution. So he is not a new comer to effecting Constitutional Amendments or big and fundamental bills. Shumba havateti kuchinja mutemo for the better. #TrustED

If you are meant to be ZimPresident after President EDM, no Bill can stop your destiny so a wise person within ruling party circles aspiring to be Zim President would not sulk let alone fight the Bill and by extension the President. Learn from ED. So many Resolutions, Bills and Amendments at both Party and State level were passed under President Mugabe some which weragainst ED for example the 2004 Women VP quota and the 2014 One Centre of power amendment. But ED being a wiseman kudhara dhara he never fought nor sulked against Resolutions, Bills and Amendments. Between 2000 and 2005 he was even left out of Cabinet but he remained totally loyal & hard working. He became ZimPresident.

The obtaining economic stability and development in Zimbabwe courtesy of ED leadership since November 2017 should not be put at risk by unnecessary prolongation of contentious and potentially divisive Bills which if prolonged can distract the country from focus on economic development.

prima facie, CAB3 has enjoyed reasonable time for all Zimbabweans to speak on the Bill. So the Bill should proceed to Voting stage pronto. Parliament should pass the Bill President vosaina and close that chapter. The obtaining economic stability and development in Zimbabwe courtesy of ED leadership since November 2017 should not be put at risk of prolonged contentious and potentially divisive Bills which if prolonged can distract the country from focus on economic development.

The presence of @HonSakupwanyaK at H.E Precabe Farm among incumbent or retired Service Chiefs is neither strange, unusual nor wrong. He is a renowned businessman of impeccable patriotism whose presence during the tour added business oomph. Anyone attempting to create a hullaballoo on his presence in the touring delegation is trying to create a storm in a cup of tea. It’s the stuff of idle minds or mischief makers clutching at straws as their every attempt to sully the President, Scott and other prominent ED loyalists fails. @ZanuPFMabvuku

A Synergy of Statecraft and Vision: Zimbabwe’s Strategic Leadership Convene In a powerful demonstration of statecraft and strategic alignment, a high-level national delegation recently convened for a pivotal engagement. The delegation was led by the Minister of Defence and Chairperson of the ruling ZANU-PF party, Hon. Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri, alongside senior luminaries from the national security establishment. Underscoring the profound gravity of the occasion was the presence of the Minister of State Security, Hon. Lovemore Matuke, and the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage, Hon. Kazembe Kazembe—a gathering that reflects the highest echelons of national governance. 🔸️Prominently anchoring this elite gathering was the distinguished businessman and Member of Parliament for Mabvuku-Tafara constituency, Hon. Pedzai Scott Sakupwanya. His high-profile participation is a testament to his rising influence and underscores the vital bridge he represents between grassroots community leadership and grand national strategy. Hon. Sakupwanya’s presence vividly epitomizes the accelerating synergy between the state, visionary corporate leaders, and vital national institutions. By linking the aspirations of Mabvuku-Tafara to the highest tables of decision-making, he plays a vanguard role in driving Zimbabwe's transformative socio-economic development and actualizing the milestones of Vision 2030. "Hon. MP Sakupwanya’s involvement signifies a modern era of Zimbabwean governance—where entrepreneurial acumen, robust constituency representation, and state policy converge to accelerate national prosperity." 🔶️A Backdrop of Historic Global Triumph This landmark engagement unfolds at a historic juncture for the nation. Zimbabwe is currently celebrating a monumental diplomatic triumph following its resounding election to a non-permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council for the 2027–2028 term. This prestigious global milestone stands as a powerful validation of the country's burgeoning geopolitical influence and the definitive success of His Excellency President ED Mnangagwa’s astute engagement and re-engagement foreign policy.
