Apple did a fantastic job with these (no surprise) from what I've poked around and looked at. Baseline SwiftUI guidance, and nuggets on how to use the new stuff like the reorderable APIs.

I tested removing trials from Elite Hoops last month and no trials performed *much* better than with!
I included them because that's just what you do, every app needs one, right?
Not in my case. Removing them worked for me because the freemium experience is the adequate trial.

removing my free plan from @postbridge_ doubled my MRR and let me essentially earn a full time wage within 2 months (free trial with CC instead)
but my mobile app @lovelee_app only has a generous freemium model because i don't need the money from it as much, its for fun.

Spend less time describing what's on the screen. Just point directly at the parts of your interface you want to change.

Five years ago today bestinclassiosapp.com shipped! It was one of my favorite side project memories. In a few days, it made over $30,000 - which is something I had never experienced.
It would still take over 2 years (!!!) to finish it. We're in a new world now, and I hope to continue to ship tools that help everyone make the best iOS apps possible.

My oldest pulled this a few weeks ago and saved up his money to grade it with TAG.
Judging by recently sold prices, he is going to make a small fortune for a 12 year old. Happy for him!

I have spent more than a few nights wondering what to do with bestinclassiosapp.com
I'm thankful it's helped so many, but I'm also realistic β there is less of a thirst for longer form books now. Not that there isn't any, just that there's less.
One thing I'm considering, inspired by ui.sh, is to create a set of premium skills for iOS development. I've been using theirs, and it's both helpful and a natural fit for our new world of agentic coding.
Who knows, but it is an idea that has me intrigued.
