ATL can’t let Freddie Free leave. Absolutely cannot happen. That’s the heart and soul of your team. Acuña, Riley, Albies, Swanson, all these young studs need that voice of a 12 year vet in the clubhouse. There’s a lot of value in Freddie beyond the back of his baseball card.

With the lockout over, I'll reiterate my view on the Freddie Freeman situation: I can't see how it makes sense for the defending World Series champions, now flush with $, to let such a consistent, productive & popular player get away if it's about a 6th year or few million $ per.
