Very happy with my training at the moment and pushing my body to the limit. I live for the high I get after a workout and the mood it sets me in for the rest of the day. This has enabled me to stay super consistent as I have a drive/purpose to each session I do. πŸ’ͺ

Jess came to me 4 weeks ago. Feeling demotivated, low on energy and not happy with the way she looked. Over the 4 weeks we focused on making small daily habit changes to both activity and food on a consistent basis. This resulted in the 4 week progression you see today. πŸ‘πŸ‘
