Sorry, Philly fans. The #Knicks unite New York like no other team in that city and region. There are fans of all races, creeds, colors, genders, and classes who have waiting for this for more than half a century. If you don’t appreciate that, you don’t really appreciate sports.

In reality, people like Portnoy, Bill Simmons, McAfee, Josh Pate have all done something far more impressive than those 90s ESPN dudes did. Building your own sandbox in a highly saturated 2026 is far more impressive than being the only game in town and saying “the whiff” over a highlight.
