I didn’t write Finding Your Balance because I had it all figured out.
I wrote it because I didn’t.

Leaders don't set out to become overwhelmed or imbalanced. They find themselves unintentionally guided along an invisible pathway that often begins with a fear of failure, progresses through imposter syndrome, and culminates in unsustainable effort.

Did you know educational leaders are among the most physically drained professionals in the U.S.? The reason? Imbalance. When you’re in survival mode, even essential needs like sleep and nutrition start to feel like luxuries. Wellness is the prerequisite to being our best.
