Maybe it’s just me but it seems like sports media and broadcasts are putting more and more attention on “celebrity fans” of teams.
It’s always been there, and I do understand it. But I’m not sure this is a positive trend.

Credit to the Knicks - they were clearly the best team. A long time coming, and well deserved. An incredible series, marked by some incredible comebacks.
But also: I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a team utterly implode multiple times in the same series like the Spurs.
