This is a really good blog from @mradamkohlbeck following on from our #bookmarkMonday post yesterday, which featured @adamboxer1 blog on Instructional Coaching. (All the Adams!) Adam K, provides some excellent considerations and practical tips on how to mitigate against the challenges of implementing effective IC. Personally, I really liked this simple statement which, ultimately, is the goal of every school leader: Instructional coaching is one teacher working with another to get a bit better at teaching continuously (definition from Josh Goodrich)We all agree with that!
