A thing people don’t grasp when resolving spells and triggers is culture, intent, and patterns of behavior. Stating “ok” for many players in the USA is a sign of resolving a spell. However, it doesn’t mean the same thing in many other cultures.

It’s never easy, it tends to be contentious, and it takes a lot of communication between players, judges, and sometimes spectators to figure out how to fix the situation, if it even needs to be fixed in the first place.

All this to say, it’s a fine line. Read the documents, talk to your local judges, learn about the history of the rules and the philosophy of its usage. You might gain a better understanding of the rules and how they are implemented.

Pantheon is on Netflix. Between Scavenger’s Reign and that last year, both shows scratched my sci-fi itch. The first season was good and Pantheon season 2 was *wild.*
