Pointe du Hoc - one of the tallest cliffs on the Normandy beach. The Nazis planned to use it to fire down on Allied landings. On June 6, 1944, those landings occurred. 210 Army Rangers tried to reach the top of the 100-foot cliff, 90 survived. We honor. We thank. We remember.
