Hoyer Early Learning Hubs (Judy Centers) who provide access to early childhood (birth through age 5) education and family support programs that promote school readiness through collaboration with community-based agencies, organizations and businesses collectively increasing the number of children entering school ready to learn. The individual is the MSDE liaison tasked with collaborating and coordinating programming with local school systems, divisions within MSDE, and public and private organizations.
