- Verify demo video submission
- Check AsterDEX integration
- Confirm fully on-chain logic & autonomy
- Disqualify non-compliant builds
= Shortlist top 10-12 from submissions
Phase 2 — Technical Review (4–5 days)
- Deep contract review
- Evaluate autonomy, security, economic design
- Score using official 100-point framework
- Shortlist top 5–8 finalists
Phase 3 — Live Walkthroughs (3–4 days)
- 30–45 min session per finalist
- Show system running autonomously
- Defend architecture & edge cases
- Select top 3
Phase 4 — Final Decision (2–3 days)
- Compare scores
- Review risk & production readiness
- Select Grand Prize winner
After selection:
- Release $50k
- Begin independent audit
- Release $25k post-audit clearance
