5 Use Cases Where Miden's Guardian Changes Everything.
I'll be sharing one use case each day.
Most people talk about account recovery, but the more you understand Guardian, the more you realise recovery is just one piece of a much bigger system.
Guardian is OpenZeppelin's Private State Manager for
@0xMiden.
A coordination layer for private accounts that enables synchronization, backup, recovery, and multi-party signing, without custody and without requiring participants to trust each other.
Today's use case is DAO treasury management.
On most blockchains, every multisig approval, spending proposal, and fund movement is visible to everyone. We've seen how that level of transparency can sometimes create opportunities for attackers.
With Guardian, treasury actions can require the right approvals before they are executed.
The rules are enforced, and there is a proof that all required approvals were obtained, but none of that activity needs to be exposed publicly onchain.
No one has to see the move before it happens.
