It's sad when an L.A. divorce lawyer's opposition to fraud charges complains that someone got through their divorce with some assets -- and fails to address that they admitted facts that an expert relied on and testified they did commit fraud. Let's see if the judge bites today.

Trial consulting 101 for a criminal case -- where a unanimous verdict is required -- the prosecutor must have a well-formed group, without powerful factions that can hang a jury.
