It's sad when an L.A. divorce lawyer's opposition to fraud charges complains that someone got through their divorce with some assets -- and fails to address that they admitted facts that an expert relied on and testified they did commit fraud. Let's see if the judge bites today.

Trial consulting 101 for a criminal case -- where a unanimous verdict is required -- the prosecutor must have a well-formed group, without powerful factions that can hang a jury. So how are there 2 BigLaw lawyers on this jury?! The civil business litigator is quoted as saying he knows nothing about criminal law... so he can appear humble... and he probably kept a clean online social media presence so as not to alienate potential jurors in his own cases.
