Look away if you're afraid of heights! Lewis has completed an abseil from the tallest distillery in Scotland for @CruseScotland - something very much outside of his comfort zone. He took on the challenge in memory of his dad and sister Morgan, who both lost their lives to cancer last year. 🗣️ "Heights have never been my thing, which feels ironic considering my dad was a pylon engineer and spent his working life happily up them. Morgan was young, carefree, and definitely the sort of person who would have talked me into doing something like this!" 🔗 Support Lewis here: just.ly/4dkAyjg

This week, Alexandra is taking on the @LLHalf for @guidedogs 💜 She’s running in support of her daughter, Ivy - an extraordinary little girl who was diagnosed as legally blind at just 18 months old. Alexandra has seen first‑hand how vital early support and accessibility are for children with vision impairments. This will be Alexandra’s first ever half marathon, and she’s crossing the finish line for Ivy and every child who deserves the freedom to explore the world with confidence. 💜 Support Alexandra here: just.ly/3NaNejX

🗣️ "At the start-line I will be 53 years old. I am overweight. I drink too much. I am completely unfit and I have not run further than a mile without stopping to cough and/or cry in over 15 years. Generally speaking, I only run if I am being pursued. With that in mind, please give anything you can, safe in the knowledge that I'll be enduring a world of pain to try to alleviate some of that suffered by so many wonderful and brave kids." Barry is running the @LLHalf this week for @GOSHCharity 👉 You can cheer him on here: just.ly/46QViwY

🗣️ "Our world changed when my mum was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. For six months, my mum lived in hospital while she went through rounds of intensive chemotherapy and eventually a stem cell transplant. During that time the NHS became our world. The doctors, nurses and support staff did far more than provide treatment. They looked after our whole family. My mum faced everything with unbelievable strength. Today, we have reached an incredible milestone. One hundred days after her stem cell transplant my mum has been told she is in remission. After everything she has been through, that moment meant everything to our family." This week, James will be taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon, running 13.1 miles for his mum and @bloodcancer_uk 🔗 Donate here: just.ly/4ulu9fy
