Having attended over 94 AGMs since our inception, we have seen good/bad/terrible AGMs. If this Guideline is properly adhered to, we will all see a marked improvement in the quality of electronic and hybrid AGMs.

Women in leadership: women hold 36% of board positions, a modest 1% increase from 2023, and mostly due to fewer board members. Only 8 companies within the Top 40 have achieved close to gender parity, and only 5 are chaired by women.
