#MarcWilson is sentenced to the maximum of ten years in prison, and will not be sentenced as a First Offender. He’s also granted time served for his time in pretrial detention.

The sentencing hearing for Marc Wilson is underway. A jury found him guilty last month of involuntary manslaughter. Judge Ronnie Thompson informed both sides they’ll have one hour each to present their witnesses then closings.

The Bulloch Co. District Attorney’s Office, led by Daphne Totten, just committed a lynching. The jury returned a NOT GUILTY verdict on EVERY count of their indictment, yet somehow #MarcWilson is still convicted.
